We are very excited to announce the addition of Dr. Ronald Menard to our Wound Care Team!
Dr. Menard received his undergraduate degree from LSU and attended LSU Medical Center graduating in 1979. He went on to complete his family medicine residency at Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge where he graduated in 1982. Dr. Menard held two very successful family medicine practices for over 30 years in both Baton Rouge and Crowley, Louisiana. In addition to family medicine, he practiced emergency medicine in Crowley and right here in Church Point for the past 10 years.
Dr. Menard is certified in hyperbaric medicine and chronic wound care including diabetic foot ulcers, venous stasis illnesses, pressure ulcers and arterial ulcers. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians, Louisiana State Medical Society and the Acadia Medical Society.
